The Lean Presenter
We all know what a chore sitting through a bad presentation can be. It can be a challenge to create a presentation that's both engaging and memorable.
- What exactly should you say?
- How do you keep the audience engaged?

In this hands-on class, we'll explore the elements of Lean Methodology and apply them to the process of crafting a presentation. Participants are encouraged to come to the class with a presentation topic they would like to work on.

About the Instructor
Todd Lombardo (often called “CTodd”) has over 15 years of experience creating change in the corporate world. Initially trained as a scientist and engineer, he spent many years in corporate marketing until crossing over to advisory and professor roles. He excels at bridging connections from different areas and believes in the power of thinking visually for effective communication. He is on the adjunct faculty at IE Business School in Madrid where he teaches two MBA courses: Presentation Design and Creativity & Business Model Innovation He also is the founder and Change Agent at the consulting firm CATALYTIC.
